Fitness to me is not only about physical health but also about mental health, people generally don’t feel comfortable to talk about their mental health but it is a matter which should be shared and deeply discussed. It is something which needs proper cure and concern because mental peace is the most important requirement for a health and fit body. I love to practice yoga daily which according to me is the best way to have a good mental health because it gives complete peace to the mind and soul and is also helpful for a healthy body..

COMMIT TO BE FIT

Apart from yoga I also prefer going to the gym daily and giving something gud and worthy to my body, I also love to practice swimming which is again good for my health. Along with all these a proper diet is also necessary for a healthy body, a proper diet adds to the workouts and makes the fitness procedure complete. So to ensure good health: eat lightly, breathe deeply, live moderately, cultivate cheerfulness, and maintain an interest in life and always remember physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness, and then watch the whole transformation.
